In-house Delivery

To avail of the free in-house delivery, customer/member must have a minimum purchase of Php 10,000. A VCCI representative will coordinate to confirm purchased items and date of delivery. (Metro Manila and Greater Manila Area only)

 

Pick-up via Lalamove/Grab Express/Mr. Speedy

This can be availed on selected items only. Once payment is verified, a VCCI Representative will coordinate with you to confirm purchased items are ready for pick-up. Please wait for the confirmation first before booking for pick-up.

 

Self-Pick-Up

You may arrange self-pick once payment is verified and items purchased are ready to be picked-up. Please wait for our email/SMS to notify you that orders are ready.

*You will be provided with an estimated delivery date upon successful booking of a delivery.

 

How will I know if I exceeded the weight limit? How much will I pay for the excess shipping fee?

VCCI will contact you once you exceed the weight limit and inform you for the additional cost via email and/or SMS.

 

Return and Exchange

All items sold at www.vcciph.com go through our quality control procedures. We inspect every item before it is shipped. However, there are time when the merchandise is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case, you may return for exchange within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. Please make sure that you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Valid Reason for Exchange

Damaged Items – Please notify us immediately for assistance. Please note that damage on the packaging is not valid for exchange. We are not liable for damages due to transit or caused by improper handling.

Incorrect Product – Send us a picture of the incorrect item that you received and a copy of your sales invoice for verification.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for exchange.

Email us at info@vcciph.com when requesting for return and exchange with your Name and Order Number.

When request is approved, VCCI will coordinate with you via email/SMS to arrange shipping for the return of the product. We will process the shipping of the exchanged item when we received the return of the damaged/incorrectly shipped product. Shipping for the return and exchange of damaged/incorrect products will be shouldered by VCCI.

 

Cancellation

We understand that after placing your order, you may have to change some details due to different circumstances. Unfortunately, you can only cancel your order if no payment has done yet.
